College Help!

I'm now a junior and have to start thinking about colleges and starting the process. Any tips or advice?

UPDATE: Just talked to my college advisor and she told me that I am way ahead in the process and am already qualified for everything I need, so I just have to keep up the good work and next year, I will apply to the college I know I want to go to, and apply for scholarships.Yay :)

The worst lie I ever made up to get out of going to school was that I was sick with an infestation called, "Clumps." I titled it clumps to make it similar to mumps, however, I needed some welps on my skin if I was going to be serious about this. So I painted little red dots all over my body until I looked like a brunette version of pippy longstockings. My mom asked me why she had never heard of it, I told her that it was so rare and such a bad case, no one had ever even thought of it. I refused to go to school, after the principal heard and failed to understand my "disease." I even went as far as to go to a Psychiatrist to prove my point, can you believe I failed at my desperate attempt at explaining clumps? I mean, I even went into its origin and everything.

I don't know if you have noticed, but every store you go into has cute plaid shirts hanging on practically every rack. And as you walk by others, you'll notice their plaid shirts/skirts passing you by. Also, the celebs are right there with us, rather, than probably started it, haha. As for me, I l.o.v.e. this new plaid trend and brought many new plaid shirts which are adorable, since the trend has came back. By the way, LC's plaid shirt is my fave, if you know a place I can buy it -- do comment!

So Many Celeb Deaths Recently; Strange!

Anyone else find it odd that nearly nine have died in the past week or so? I find it rather odd, of course, death [unfortunately] comes for us all, however, so many infamous celebrities dying at virtually the same time? Extremely strange, however -- still very true. Michael Jackson died on June 25th, 2009, at the early age of 50. I am not going to give you a story about his "continuous drug use," his "plastic surgery," his "hatred towards his father," or his "cutting out Deborah Roe in his will." Instead, I am going to shy away from his personal life (you can tune into the news for that, trust me, it's on EVERY channel) and tell you about what a wonderful musician Jackson was. Just starting out a youngin' in the Jackson 5, working his way up to an amazing solo career that even launched him the biggest selling album of all time (i.e. Thriller).

Charlie's Angel star Farrah Fawcett, died also on June 25th, 2009, just 62, after her terrible battle with cancer. This "Angel" fought until the end, and was best known from the hit television series, Charlie's Angels, but starred in many television roles and movie roles. What a wonderful woman she was, we'll never forget you Farrah.

The legendary Ed McMahon died on June 23rd, at age 86. He will be forever remembered, especially as Johnny Carson's sidekick, calling those infamous words, "Here's Johnny!"

Karl Malden, died July 1st, 2009, at the age of 97. He was an Academy Award-Winning movie star, in which he starred in MANY movies and television shows.

The OxiClean Pitchman (as well as many other products), Billy Mays, died in his home at the age of 50, on June 28th, 2009. He was no-doubt one of the most memorable pitchmen in America, maybe the world, for all I know. Rest in peace.

The Golden-Globe winner Harve Presnell, died at the age of 75, on July 2, 2009.

Comedian, Fred Travalena died at the age of 66, on June 29th, 2009.

The 50's television sitcom star, Gale Storm, died at the age of 87, on June 27th, 2009.
